Ideal for smaller groups, each guest’s meal is individually prepared in cooking nets and gently steamed in a traditional lobster pot. Meals are cooked one by one and served directly from pot to plate, allowing for precise timing, personalized service, and exceptional freshness. Items listed without a price are included in the set menu price per person. Any item with a price listed is available à la carte for the additional amount shown.
The Maine Course
